Royce Barrington is the Managing Member and Broker for B2 Ventures. With a decade of experience in commercial real estate, he specializes in site selection, retail development, leasing, and investment strategy. Throughout his career, Royce has managed leasing for more than 500,000 square feet of retail properties and participated in over $90 million in build-to-suit development projects across multiple states.
A Fort Worth native, Royce graduated from the University of Mississippi with degrees in Finance and Accounting. Outside of B2 Ventures, Royce enjoys hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Hannah, and their dogs, Boone and Banks.
Russell brings a unique blend of engineering, construction, and commercial real estate experience to B2 Ventures. His technical background provides a practical understanding of site development, construction, and project feasibility, allowing him to evaluate opportunities beyond the transaction. Russell assists clients with market research, site selection, leasing, and investment analysis, helping them make informed decisions while supporting projects from initial evaluation through execution.
A Fort Worth native, Russell graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Outside of B2 Ventures, Russell enjoys cooking a good meal and adventures with his fiancee Emilie, their dog Mac, and friends.
